Proizvodna jedinica (ili QC procesa) vrši potpunu inspekciju za inspekciju izgleda i ispitivanje električnih performansi, a za mjerenje veličine ili posebnu inspekciju uzorkuje se prvi komad svakog modela i testira 5 kom.
Jedinica za kvalitet mjeri 5 kom za prvi uzorak svakog modela i usvaja GB / —2012 jednokratni plan uzorkovanja za inspekciju izgleda, a opći nivo inspekcije je II.

Ispitivač mora nositi elektrostatički prsten i osam kreveta za prste na obje ruke. Ako se radi o LCD-u bez pričvršćenog polarizatora, svi prsti trebaju nositi krevete za prste.
Ispitivač može vizuelno provjeriti ili uporediti s tablicom za usporedbu filmova.

Udaljenost između očiju inspektora i proizvoda je 30 ~ 40 cm. Inspekcijski kut gledanja je ± 15 stepeni na prednjoj površini vertikalne ploče zaslona i ± 45 stepeni na prednjoj površini vodoravne ploče zaslona (vidi sliku ispod)
